What’s Happening

4/27/24 – The Dax Pact Foundation hosts it’s 1st Annual Grounded Feet Car Meet at Playwicki Farm. A day of amazing cars, food, fun, smiles and community! A very big shout out to Playwicki Farm for allowing us to use the Farm, as well as a thank you to our local Feasterville Fire and PD and its volunteers. Gas Guzzlers car club was gracious enough to help with Judging and Trophies, and we look forward to working with them in the future! To all of the vendors who helped support us (Rooster and the Chick, Kono Pizza, Mister Softee, United Crepes, DJ Pat Davis, Scott Myers Balloon Art, CardMyYard), thank you so very much! A special thanks to Bucks County Stangz, Gas Guzzlers and Sinister Mopar for bringing their clubs! We cannot express how amazing this event was, and we look forward to making next years even bigger and more amazing!!

3/25/24 – Dax Pact installs and dedicates Playground Equipment at Breezy Point Camp and Day School. Breezy Point was the first recipient of Playground Equipment from The Dax Pact. Below is a post from BP and we think its says it wonderfully.

This morning, we came together to honor Dax Babcock, a former Breezy Point camper. One of Dax’s favorite places at camp was Crazy Cars, so it only made sense to purchase new equipment for the play area in honor of Dax for other children to enjoy. With the help of the Babcock Family and their non-profit, “The Dax Pact Foundation,” we dedicated a new playhouse and “Rumblin’ Racer” play car to Dax.

We thank the Babcock Family for choosing Breezy Point as a place to honor Dax, and for continuing to share their strength and love for life. Dax will always have a special place at Breezy Point ❤️

✨Live big, love hard. Just like Dax✨

2/6/24 – Dax Pact introduces and delivers the first of its DaxBox Toy Bins and Play Mats. We created these to continue distributing Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars and vehicles to kids everywhere. These DaxBox toy bins are perfect for Schools, Day Cares, Libraries and so on. We can’t wait to start spreading them out to more deserving locations so kids can enjoy them as much as Dax and Colton always have!!

1/24/24 – Dax Pact Announces, in partnership with Breezy Point Summer Camp and Day School, our Summer Camp Scholarship Program! Inspired by kids doing great deeds in their community, we wanted to find a way to give back to kids and teach them that hard work, a sense of community, and always doing the right thing can and should be rewarded. When kids post on social media, or people let us know different things a child is doing in order to Live Big and Love Hard, and spread the Dax Pact message, we will select a handful of kids to receive scholarship assistance to Breezy Points amazing summer camp program. Use it on yourself, or even share the scholarship money with a friend you know will also be attending Breezy Points Summer Camp program!

12/16/23 – Dax Pact, with the help of Comcast and Team Up, hosted our first annual Holiday Toy Drive. Over 2,000 Toys were raised locally in businesses in Feasterville, PA and NATIONALLY in Comcast Offices across the country: Seattle WA, Irvine CA, Chicago IL, Alpharetta GA, Chesterbrook PA and two NYC offices! This was an incredible way to end the year and bring so, so, so many smiles to faces across the country!!! We can’t wait to do it again in 2024! Pictured below are the Feasterville, PA business and local Comcast Offices.

10/28/23 – Dax Pact attended and participated in the Action Karate Feasterville 2023 Trunk or Treat! Just like the kids of Action Karate, there was a LOT of power packed into that parking lot! We were amazed at the outcome and are so incredibly thankful for Action Karate donating the proceeds of the event to The Dax Pact! It means everything to be able to see the foundation come alive and Dax’s name live on through amazing events like this! Organizations like Action Karate are what make our community so great!

10/27/23 – The Dax Pact attended and participated in the 2023 Tawanka Elementary School Trunk or Treat! What an amazing event the PTO and School host! 175 Trunks and 425+ Kids! We were happy to meet a bunch of folks who came by to say hello, and we also saw a bunch of faces who we already knew! We gave out full size candy bars, Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars, bracelets and stickers! So many happy faces, including ours!

10/1/23 – Dax Pact installs the Dax Babcock memorial bench and Wood Name Plaque in the The Dax Pact Foundation Memorial Garden. The Garden is a collaborative community effort between the Babcock’s and their tight-nit neighborhood where friends help contribute and come together. The bench was hand crafted by family friend John Miller using rare woods for the letter inlays donated from the Martin Guitar Co. in Nazareth PA where John works. The bench has no fasteners, only being held together by quality craftsmanship. The Name Plaque was hand crafted by Legendary Pool Cue maker Barry Szamboti using materials from the hand crafted pool cue world, including rare wood his father Gus Szamboti (The original Legend in Pool Cues) purchased and has had sitting in stock since Gus himself was still making Cues. We are beyond touched to have such fine craftsman and friends support the Dax Pact in such amazing ways with their incredible skills.

9/9/23 – Our Commemorative Community Net was a great success! The Phoenix Sports Club helped us host this event with live music, moon bounce, raffle baskets, food, beer, wine, Mister Softee ice cream truck, dessert, and a DJ to fill in all the gaps! A ton of thanks to Chris Cummins, our local Fire Chief, who helped coordinate a lot of the event! Thanks to the first responders, and local town and political officials for stopping by. Even though this event ended in rain, if you asked many (especially the kids) that is what made it the best!

7/24/23 – We had our first FUNdraiser. Breezy Point Day School and Camp, along with Rita’s of Richboro hosted an incredible event for The Dax Pact, and we are so thankful! It was the first event where we handed out Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars to the kids and adults alike. About 250 cars, and 2,500 smiles were given out as we got the foundation name out there, and gave back in a small way to our wonderful communities. We hope to do more events like this in the future!
